CapitalReach AI is a comprehensive platform designed to facilitate connections between startups and investors. Our services include:

• Profile Creation: Users can create detailed profiles and provide relevant information about their startups, including their name and email address.
• Investor Database: Our team manually collects investor profiles from publicly available sources and through consent-based processes, creating a robust database of potential investors.
• Matching Algorithms: We utilize advanced statistical algorithms and machine learning models to match users with the most relevant investors, ensuring personalized and effective connections.
• Email Generation: Using the ChatGPT API, our platform generates personalized email content on behalf of users. This content is then sent to investors through a third-party Email Service after obtaining consent from the user, with options for tracking email open receipts.
• Analytics and Improvements: We collect and analyze anonymous data to continuously improve our matching algorithms and overall platform performance.

This Privacy Policy ("Notice") explains CapitalReach AI's practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of your information, the rights and choices you may have with respect to such information, how you may contact us, and how we protect your information when you:

• Any information that Users process to provide their services to their respective customers or partners. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to their customers or partners, including notifying them of their personal information collection, use, and disclosure under their own terms of service and privacy policies. These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide Services to CapitalReach AI. We may use and disclose aggregate information that does not identify or otherwise relate to an individual for any purpose unless we are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

Our Sites and Services may contain links to or integrations with other websites or applications not operated or controlled by CapitalReach AI (“Third-Party Services”). Certain Third-Party Services used to navigate to and from our Sites and Services have separate user terms and privacy notices that are independent of this Notice. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such Third-Party Services. We do not monitor or check these Third-Party Services for accuracy or completeness. We recommend carefully reviewing the terms and privacy notices of each Third-Party Service prior to use in alignment with your specific compliance, privacy, and security requirements.

• Google APIs: CapitalReach AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. All CapitalReach AI users are subject to to CapitalReach AI privacy policy, Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy. The application receives permissions and name from the API and sends the user's name to GMail API and final generated email content to the API for the purpose of delivering emails on behalf of them. We will also read emails received by the users to provide advanced emailing features and improving our internal AI systems to generate better emails and improve email campaigns. We send user's email, name and email generated to the email API.
• OpenAI API: CapitalReach AI's use of information received from OpenAI ChatGPT APIs to generate email content will comply with OpenAI's Usage Policy, ensuring that all data processed through ChatGPT services adheres to their guidelines and requirements for API usage. The application sends anonymous user profile data to ChatGPT while using its services. We send user's startup data provided in the user's profile section to the ChatGPT API. We use GPT-4o model.

At CapitalReach AI, we prioritize the privacy and security of our users' data. We have implemented robust data privacy methods and advanced data security algorithms to safeguard your information. Additionally, we make every effort to minimize data sharing with third-party services, ensuring that your data remains protected and confidential.

If you are accessing or using our Sites and Services or otherwise providing your information to us, you consent to the processing of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions in which we operate.

To provide our Sites and Services, CapitalReach AI may store, process, and transmit your information outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws and may not offer the same level of protection or guarantees as in your country or the country where you initially provided the information. • Opt-out of Marketing Communications: You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link within each email or by contacting us. If you are a Customer, you will continue to receive transactional and administrative communications from us regarding our Sites and Services.
• Account Preferences: You may update and correct certain account information at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support services. If you wish to delete your account, please follow the instructions in our Documentation. You may also update certain communication preferences, such as receiving email notifications, by logging into your account.
• Managing Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: The site only uses strictly needed cookies for the functioning of the sites and understanding user behaviour. Currently, there are no optional cookies.
• Third-Party Email Integration: Users can always choose to not connect any third-party email service. In this case the application may not be able to provide all of its services. For example, if users choose not to integrate an email service, the users would be able to see the AI generated emails, however, they would not be sent on behalf of the users by using this application. However, the chat GPT integration is not an optional integration. It will always be enabled and functional by default.

Minimum Age Requirements for Our Sites and Services The Sites and Services are not directed or intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. To use Vercel’s Sites and Services, you must be old enough to consent to the processing of your information in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 16 without verification or parental consent, we take steps to remove such information.
