How to Run a Fundraising Campaign?

Quickstart

Getting started with CapitalReach AI is simple. Follow these steps to set up and run your first fundraising campaign:

Complete Your Business Profile: Go to the 'Profile' tab and fill out your business details, such as industry, product description, and unique value proposition. Each detail plays a crucial role in generating accurate matches.

Review and Confirm Matches: Navigate to the 'Research' column to see AI-suggested investor matches. You can move all matches to the 'Shortlisted' column in bulk or manually select individual investors.

Configure Campaign Settings: In the 'Investor CRM' tab, open the 'Shortlisted' column and click the settings icon to customize your campaign. Adjust email schedules, messaging, and other preferences.

Start Campaign: Launch your campaign by clicking the 'play' button at the top of the 'Shortlisted' column. The AI will begin sending personalized emails to the selected investors.

Research: This is the first column on the board, where AI-suggested matches appear. Review the list, remove irrelevant matches, and manually or automatically move the relevant ones to the 'Shortlisted' column.

Shortlisted: In this stage, investors are queued for outreach. The AI sends personalized emails to these investors based on your campaign settings. This is the execution phase of the campaign.

Initiated: After an email is sent, the corresponding investor card automatically moves to the 'Initiated' column. From here, you can track responses and manage further engagement by adding custom workflow stages.

AI Investor Matching

Providing complete and accurate business details is essential for the AI to identify the right investors for your campaign. You can access this section by clicking on the 'Profile' tab.

Setup Business Profile

Input your business details, including industry, product description, and value proposition.

Select multiple verticals relevant to your business domain for better matches.

Provide as much detail as possible to help the AI understand your business and generate precise investor matches.

Check Matches and Refine Profile

Once the profile is complete, click on the 'Check Matches' button to view your AI-suggested investor matches.

Continue refining your profile until you are satisfied with the results.

Setup Email

Integrate your business email with CapitalReach AI to send emails to investors.

Please make sure that your email domain is healthy and functional.

Configure Campaign

Setup email template. Leverage AI generated email templates and customize them as needed.

Set scheduling configuration to control the cadence of your outreach. Default configuration is what CapitalReach AI recommends.
